We don’t lead movements. We steward them.
This is a space where truth is raw, growth is real, and legacy is intentional. We’re not here to impress.
We’re here to ignite what’s already within you — and build a world where that light leads.

Who We Are

We are a circle of stewards - not owners, not bosses - committed to carry the mission, protecting the message, and building something that outlives us.

Meet the Stewards

  • Thomas Campbell - Founder & Lead Steward of Vision

  • Israel Sierra - Co-Founder & Steward of direction & Culture

We’re not celebrities. We’re carriers of something greater - and we’re inviting you to do the same.

Our Mission

At The L.I.G.H.T Project, we believe nothing we’ve been given is ours to own - only ours to steward.

We help people steward what they’ve been given - their stories, their struggles, their gifts - and turn that into something that last.

From transformational living spaces to leadership conversation, everything we do is rooted in the same truth:

You don’t own the light. You carry it. You protect it. You pass it on.

Our Vision

We see a world where people stop surviving and start stewarding.

Where the light within each person is recognized, respected, and developed - not silenced.

We exist to build spaces where:

  • Responsibility replaces blame

  • Culture reflects purpose

  • And every voice carries weight

Because no matter your past… you were given something worth carrying forward.

Legacy in Action

The Light Project isn’t just content — it’s community in motion.

We’re working toward launching our pilot building, where leadership, purpose, and brotherhood are lived out in real time.

Every conversation, every donation, and every partner is helping us build a space where stewardship becomes lifestyle.

A modern, spacious office lobby with large glass windows, orange and white walls, and multiple levels. Several people are seated at tables and working on laptops or having discussions. Sunlight streams in, creating shadows on the floor.

People are socializing, some in wheelchair, others standing, talking or handing out items. Balcony residents are engaging, some sitting and others standing. There are trees, plants, and shaded areas, creating a welcoming outdoor space.

What We Build

We design models for whole-life transformation — inside and out:

Safe, Purpose-Driven Housing
Where security meets identity, and healing becomes a way of life.

Mental + Physical Wellness Programs
Training the body and mind to serve the life you're called to live.

Skill & Purpose Development
From career paths to calling — equipping people to lead with clarity.

Culture + Stewardship + Belonging
Through Table Talk Sessions, creative expression, and open dialogue, we rebuild what it means to be seen, supported, and self-led.

Our Impact (So Far)

We’re still in our early stages — but every conversation, post, and project has weight.

  • Table Talk Sessions: Raw wisdom, unfiltered stories, real transformation

  • Ignite Series: Motivational & training content for purpose-driven living

  • Community Engagement: Listening to real needs, not assuming them

  • Strategic Partnerships: Aligning with those who see the vision

  • Legacy Pilots: Working to open our first physical site — where healing and leadership meet
